Ventilation

• Current Building Regulations make roof ventilation an important aspect of any fascia and soffit installation
  
  
• As well as pre-vented boards we offer Ubbink Over Fascia Vent System as a market leading roof venting product as well as over fascia vents, vent trims, circular vent plugs

Eaves Protection

• Eaves protection system (EPS) supplied in 1500mm lengths replaces rotted gutter felt and supports roof felt which prevents ’ponding’ behind the fascia. EPS also reduces eaves maintenance by directing rainwater directly into the gutter
